- I am an independent property consultant working throughout Southern California. I have over 40 years of real estate experience in seven states, including as a Realtor, a plumber, a heating and cooling technician, a roofing contractor, a swimming pool/spa contractor, a landscaper, a property investor/renovator, and a home inspector. With my experience and knowledge, there are few real estate problems that I can't solve, but when I do run up against one, I have the greatest real estate resources in the world with my own private real estate library and membership in the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) which has the industry's most active message board, allowing me to post a picture and/or question and have answers from home inspectors throughout the world within hours, sometimes even minutes. I provide different services for different people in different circumstances with different needs, wants, and goals, all at different prices.
