Savannah River Club at Lake Russell
SRC is a new gated community on the shores of Lake Russell offering 325 homesites located on 435 acres to prospective homeowners.
The first of it's kind on the Georgia side of the lake, this upscale community features onsite covered boat storage, a clubhouse, junior olympic pool, tennis courts, walking trails, nature walks, pavilions and much more for the nature and second home enthusiast to do.
Construction on the community started in December of 2007, and construction on the first homes in the community will start in August of 2008.
What makes Savannah River Club unique is it's harbor master concierge service. As a homeowner, you simply call ahead to the harbor master and they will launch your boat for you in either Lake Russell or Lake Hartwell, and take you to the launch. At the end of the day you get a ride home, and your boat will be put back in storage. No hassle.
