Located at the edge of town, it is on an acre of landscaped grounds between Seaside Park and Devereaux Beach. It is approximately 1/2 mile to the start of town and about 1 mile (as the crow flies) to the center of "old town.
Just 35 minutes from Logan International Airport, Pheasant Hill is the perfect place from which to tour Boston, Salem and all of the North Shore and Cape Ann. Marblehead is very "walkable". Taxi service can be called to take you to Salem and MBTA bus service to Boston is routed through town. The Wonderland Blue Line subway stop is about 20 minutes drive toward Boston and the Commuter Train service to Boston is available from Swampscott and Salem.
