- Cope Heating and Cooling is a local, family owned Triad area heating and air conditioning company. We provide experienced service, repair and installations at fair, affordable prices. 19 years’ experience in the HVAC trade working with several other companies doing it "their way" and now branching out on our own to do it right the way. No short cuts, no pushy salesman/technicians, no overtime fees or higher rates for after-hours calls. After 19 years in the HVAC business I decided that enough was enough and started my own company in September of 2016. Doing things "their way" which is nowhere close to the standards I hold myself to was unacceptable. Too many HVAC companies have a "hurry up, just get it done and collect" or "can't see it from my house" attitude, neither should never be accepted by any paying customer. I understand that my work is a reflection of myself so I always do the highest quality work I can. Any job done with my name or my company's name on it will always be held to the highest standards possible. No company should ever take their customers for granted, because without customers there is no company.
