Specialized Group fitness classes set us apart from our competitors. We have group exercise classes designed for the person just starting out. Maybe your not ready to do a 60 minute class like at all the other gyms. While we do have those, we also have 30 minute classes that focus on skill and technique, teach you cues, are a lower in intensity, and are a great introduction to fitness. We have classes specifically designed for people who have physical limitations. We have classes specifically designed for Senior Citizens. We have classes for teenagers. We also have group fitness classes for 6-12 year olds and for preschoolers and toddlers. Who says you have to be an adult to exercise?
We have a Kid's Club Gym. Imagine a fitness center where your kids are there to exercise too.
