- We are a new (March 1, 2008) independent, locally owned and operated coffeehouse/cafe in Collierville (the only one). We are located on the historic town square in Collierville. We are on the west side of the square next to Hewlett and Dunn. Ooour hours are currently 7 am to 5 pm M - Th, 7 - 9 Fri, 8 - 9 Sat and 9 - 4 Sun. However we will be open until 9 on Thursdays in June and July (during the free concerts). We offer premimum arabica single origin coffees only. In addtion to espresso, latte, capp and brewed coffee, we have hot cocoa, mexican and european sipping chocolate, frappes and 100% fruit smoothies. For food we have homemade quiche, chicken salad on fresh baked croissants, pimento cheese on 7 grain, black forest ham and gouda with peach preserves etc. Fresh fruit salad, fresh baked cookies muffins etc. Live local music and artists.
