THE PILATES STOP is Enterprise’s first & only Pilates and Yoga studio. Our peaceful, sunlit studio provides a space for certified instructors, students and clients to practice the Pilates method in an environment committed to mind-body balance. Whether you’ve been practicing Pilates or Yoga for years or are just beginning your journey, THE PILATES STOP can help you achieve your mind-body fitness goals. We offer a range of group classes and workshops to include SHIMMY I (Bellydancing), Kettleball Core classes, Strictly Barre (Barre class, Pilates for Pre and Post natal, Pilates for Golfers, Equilates (Equestrian & Dressage, Sport Specific Pilates (Football, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball) and Pilates Fundemental through Advanced. We also offer equipment instruction on the Pilates Reformer and other studio equipment.
