- I am a Realtor in the Columbus Ohio area. I go above and beyond to give my clients the best service possible (so much so that even my dogs don't recognize me anymore!! LOL) I take great pride in my ability to set aside my personal bias and LISTEN to what my clients tell me. If the goal is to sell a home quickly, that requires a different approach than if the priority is to sell for the highest dollar possible (granted, the optimum is to sell fats AT the highest price). Buyers who are looking to live in a home for a short period of time... or have potential for relocation on short notice... have different needs than someone who is looking to retire. I tailor my services and advice to the specific needs of my clients. My primary areas of expertise in the Columbus market are Southern Delaware County, North Columbus, Dublin, Hilliard, Lewis Center, Westerville, Powell, Gahanna... and am intimately familiar with the eastern suburbs such as Pickerington, Canal Winchester, Reynoldsburg, Blacklick, etc. For buyers, there is no charge for the services I provide, as commissions are paid by the seller. Important note here... the state of Ohio legally recognizes Buyer's agents... translation... even though buyer's agents are paid by the commissions paid by the seller, the buyer's agent is required to fully represent the interests of the client (the buyer in this case). For sellers, I provide services that far exceed most of the market. I produce a full-color brochure for your property that is a minimum of 24 pages. This becomes the "take one" that is out front of your home. I list your home on many websites, and enhance the listings whenever possible (an upgrade that is not offered by many agents). I am constantly seeking new and innovative ways to market the homes I list. I should note that I do not take all listings offered. This is because I believe that it is better to be honest with a seller... and do not believe in floating false expectations. I spend a large amount of money marketing a home I list, so obviously I have no desire to simply "list a home". I only desire to "sell that home" when I list it.
