- Instruction is Gymnastics, Dance, Cheerleading, Trampoline & Tumbling for youth 18 months-18 years,Martial Arts instruction for children and adults. Horizon was establish in 1984 and provides professional training with our nationally safety certified staff in five sports. Fun programs such as TumbleBugs Gymnastics, Cheer Bears, Tot T&T and Kinderdance are all great ways to introduce children under 6 years old to exercise and sports. We offer free trial classes for all programs. Horizon is located 1 mile south of the North Port Home Depot. Open M-F 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. Horizon also offers competitive team programs with Nationally ranked athletes in all five sports. Shelly Proa, owner is the National AAU Cheerleading Chairman, USA Gymnastics Florida State Chair and has coached Elite level gymnasts to the 2003 World Games in Hanover, Germany.
