What can you expect from Tririga Rehab
Step 1: Free Evaluation and Consultation
On your first visit to our clinic you will receive a full evaluation by a licensed physical therapist. This thorough eval will take about 60 to 90 minutes. We will identify all the pain that are affection your overall function. We will also provide you with the a section of therapy with our licensed physical therapist.
Step 2: Goal setting
After your initial evaluation is complete, we will set up goals.
Step 3: Treatment
A specific treatment plan will consist of one on one patient interaction. Our techniques will include manual therapy and trigger point therapy. We mainly use hands on therapy.
Step 4: Education and prevention
Our main goal is to teach you how to heal yourself and prevent future injury.
