- Who are you? I am a Real Estate Professional, REALTOR®, and member of the NWMLS. We live and work in the greater Bonney Lake area of Pierce County. What are your business hours? We work full time and then some, our hours vary to suite our clients needs. How do I get to your location? From HWY 167, follow SR 410 East, up the hill into Bonney Lake. At the top of the hill, turn left at Sumner-Buckley Highway, and then immediately left again onto 182nd Avenue East. We are the second entrance on the left at Windermere Real Estate. What makes you better than anyone else? I wouldn’t be so bold to say we are “better” than anyone else. We strive to DO OUR BEST in all things, and we do enough things differently and that makes us unique. What areas you serve? Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Sumner, Cascadia, Lakeland Hills, Buckley, Enumclaw, Auburn, Kent, Federal Way, Tacoma, all of the Puget Sound, Pierce County, and King County. When did you start operations? We’ve been investing in real estate since 1995. Deciding to become licensed in 2006 to expand our business through helping others invest in their future through real estate.
