Smith's Acres is a farm stand, garden center, and gift shop all rolled up in one. Open from 2 weeks before Easter until Christmas Eve. Shop for farm fresh veggies, fresh baked breads and pies, and farm raised pork for dinner. Stroll through our attached greenhouse and smell the aromas of the flowers and herbs that we grow at our farm. Locally grown perennials and shrubs are arranged outside for your shopping convenience. Displays change often - from Pansies and daffodils, bright annuals and perennials throughout the summer, pumpkins and mums in the fall, to poinsettias, wreaths, and Christmas trees in time for Santa's visit.
We are open 7 days a week, usually from 9-6, with extended hours depending on the season. Please call 860-691-0528 to confirm our hours before taking a trip to visit us. It's easy to find us - take exit 72 off of Rt. 95 (either north or south), and take a left at the end of the ramp onto art. 156. We are approximately 3 miles down the road, on the right.
