Chef Giulio (originally from Palermo, Italy) draws strongly on family recipes and traditions. Since 1984, Vito’s Italian Restaurant has been wowing locals with it’s crowd-pleasing signature dishes Shrimp Bada Bing, Zuppa De Pesce (featuring lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, grouper and crabmeat!), classic entrées including Françese Alla Rosa, Saltimbocca with veal or chicken, as well as must-haves like hearty Soups and Salads, Pastas, Calzone, handtossed Pizzas and an extensive kids’ menu.
