• S&W Construction has been in Business in Austin since 1991. We are a custom home builder and have the experience to tackle the largest, toughest remodel projects as well. I and my partner have over 60 years of construction experience between the both of us. We know the difference between good work and Great work. We have the expertise to get things correct the first time. S&W Construction typically builds 2 to 4 homes per year. Some of which might be large remodels or renovations. We pride ourselves on keeping our jobs well run, well supervised and very clean. We take as much time as needed with our clients and the architects to help keep the decision making process always moving forward, which in turn keeps the project moving forward at all times. S&W Construction is always happy to offer a clear, concise, easy to understand cost estimate during the drawing stages and planning of the project. This ensures that we stay with in a budget number once the clients decide on a final plan. This comes from years of experience that allows us to properly estimate a job during the planning stages. S&W Construction offices out of central Austin, We are always available at your convenience to talk and/or meet with clients at our office. We are enclosing a list of projects that have been successfully completed in the last 16 years. Our clients have been so satisfied with our work that the majority of them call us back to either build their next home or do a phase 2 remodel to their existing home.
