I'd like to introduce myself! My name is Kathy and I am a licensed Florida Relator. Big deal right? Who isn't a Realtor in Florida these days. What makes me different from everyone else who has the same status? Commitment, determination and tenacity! I take my Realtor vows very seriously and work very hard to get you through your transition as smoothly as possible. Five years ago we (husband and I) made a very tough decision to move to Florida for all it had to offer and it has been a very hard road. We moved from the Berkshires of Massachusetts, very quaint, picture postcard but OH so cold and dreary for 9 months on end. We have made a life here in the TAMPA BAY AREA. I won't lie, it's been a tough road, but well worth it! And from that move I've learned the pros and cons of living in this area and I will gladly share them with you, good or bad. We live in Tarpon Springs, FL., and we love it! I have learned so much about the surrounding areas that I sell or rent and they include but not limited to; Holiday, New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, Trinity, Palm Harbor, Crystal Beach, Dunedin, Port Richey, Spring Hill & Brooksville. I've sold to people in these areas and learned from them and by experiencing them for myself. I would love to hear from you even if it's just a quick question don't hesitate to call on me.
