- The Blair Press is a community newspaper serving the communities of Blair, Taylor, Ettrick, Hegg, Beaches Corner, Hixton, Alma Center and Merrillan. We have two editions of the newspaper - one serving the Blair and Taylor area, including the Blair-Taylor school district, and the other serving the Alma Center and Merrillan area, including the Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan School District. The two editions serve communities in Trempealeau and Jackson counties of Wisconsin. Our total circulation is roughly 1,400. Our office is located in Blair, Wisconsin, and is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Subscription rates are: $26 for residents of Trempealeau and Jackson counties; $31 for other Wisconsin residents, and $35 for residents of other states. To subscribe, you may send a check to the address above, and include the address of where you want the newspaper to be sent. The Blair Press also works with three other newspapers in the Trempealeau, Jackson and Buffalo County area in publishing the Tri-County Tab, a shopper with a circulation of more than 14,000. All classified advertising and selected display advertising purchased through the Blair Press also appears in the Tri-County Tab. The Blair Press website is: www.blairpress.com.
