- Classic Signs has been in business since 1991. We manufacture internally & externally lit signs, vinyl and digital as well as banners and real estate signs etc. We specialize in quality dimensional signage. Sandblasted, routed & carved, often with 23kt gold & metal leaf. We also cast signs and sign blanks in high density urethane and polyester(very useful when large quantities are required),all in house. The original masters & molds for these signs are also manufactured by ourselves on the premises. Many of our customers are in central NC although we have both wholesale and retail customers in over 40 states. Another sign type unique to us is large edgelit signs as big as 5'x8'. We etch acrylic or glass by sandblasting. When viewed the name or logo glows although there is no apparent light source. Small edgelit signs are common, large ones are much more difficult to create. Our business hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday through Friday, but because of the nature of our business we are often here outside of those hours and will answer the phone if we are here. Even if we are not, we have a very efficient voice mail system and return messages promptly.
