We are a locally owned and operated company in Newberg for about seven years. We offer great customer service to investors/owners and tenants. We offer competitive rates for superior service. We can market/manage any investment property located in the vicinity of Newberg. We will advertise, place signs on the property, complete credit checks and other references, offer complete and prompt monthly accounting, set up subcontractors and other maintenance, sign leases and collect all the rents. Our office is generally open 8-5 M-F and by appointment on the weekends.
