Special equipment for onsite BBQs and Pig Roasts. Open every day from 11:00 AM until 8:00PM and until 9:00PM on Friday and Saturday. Started in 2003 with just a tent and a wood smoker doing fairs and special events. Opened the Restaurant location in Dec 2005.
