Kalmia Cottage is a guest cottage, the perfect alternative to a motel or hotel. Located two blocks west of Hwy 99 on Sixth Ave. The Cottage has everything you need to stay a couple of days or a week or more: Direct TV, VCR/DVD, movies, books, games, free wireless internet, fenced yard with patio and garden, antiques and designer touches, bath tub/shower, private bedroom off of living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, CD/radio and much more. The kitchen has full size appliances, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and glasses for 6, pans, and most anything else you need to make a snack or a full dinner for 6. Patio has a barbeque grill and patio table. Also there is a brick fireplace on the patio to knock the chill off in the evening. The Cottage is warm and inviting...you'll feel like you are staying in someone's guest quarters...only better, you'll have privacy. We also have available a two bedroom cottage: The Carriage House with most of the same features. Rate is $100.00 per night, 2 night minimum. Seniors and business travelers pay $90.00.
There is a 9% state and county tax but NO city taxes. Stay 5 nights and get 2 free: special weekly rate $500.00 ($450.00 for seniors/business).
