Approval
Once we determine that you are ready to proceed, we refer you over to one of our Preferred Lenders from our network for home loan pre-qualification.
If you have a lender you would prefer to use , there are no restrictions.
Step 4
Placement
Once your pre-qualification is obtained, we can refer you to our network of Preferred Realtors.
If you have a realtor or have a particular home you would like to purchase that is fine also, (again there are no restrictions).
