- Scott started Progressive Home Remodelers Salt Lake City in 1982 after receiving his Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting from Salt Lake City Technical College (now Salt Lake Community College). While at school, Scott placed 2nd in a nation-wide Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA) drafting competition. During the next 22 years he honed his building expertise and drafting knowledge through both on-the-job experience and continuing education courses. Recently, Scott completed Solar Energy International's course in Solar Electric Fundamentals and Grid-Direct Design.
