Whole Psychotherapy offers counseling services for individuals, couples, and adolescents. We specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ACOA, anger, relationship conflict, and LGBT concerns. We offer talk therapy, EMDR therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and sand tray therapy.
Building a safe, warm, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for successful counseling. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, low self esteem, trauma, and PTSD. I create a safe, professional, and confidential space for clients to be seen and heard. I am honored to be given the opportunity to accompany my clients on their journeys in attaining their goals.
I believe talk therapy can bring about insight, change, resolution, and healing. Sometimes talking isn't sufficient to allow clients to fully communicate their experience. For this reason, I combine therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic talk therapy, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and sand tray therapy depending on client needs.
