I've been selling real estate for 23 years in the Seattle area. I work all of King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties (Seattle, Kent, Renton, Maple Valley, Des Moines, Federal Way, Tacoma, Puyallup,Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, etc). Having lived in the Seattle area my whole life, I know the areas very well and love helping people who are coming in to the area. It's such a beautiful area here - lots of parks, water, greenbelts, close to the mountains, islands and the ocean. Real estate prices have increased a lot in the past few years, but now it's a buyer's market and we are seeing lots of price reductions lately and some really good deals!
