Matt"s Casbah is open for the dining areas Sunday-Thursday from 11am till 9pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 11am - 9pm. The outside and inside bar is also open on friday and saturday till 1:30 pm. Our business is conveniently located in Downtown Melbourne Florida at 801 E New Haven Ave. There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building in 2 separate parking areas. Our wait staff is professional and our sushio technicians have been expertly trained. We specialize in wedding and corporate catering services, unique seafood dishes, sushi items and martinis. Matts Casbah was opened in 2008. We are constantly having weekly special events at our restaurants including live music, comedy shows, fund raisers, quartlerly and yearly holiday bashes.
