    Found the back storage room floor with paint chipping and cracking. Please have floor painted and resealed. Floors shall be in good repair.

. During this inspection the community center was also having a summer foods program. Inspected hot foods for this program and at this time the cheese sticks were at the correct temperature. Summer food program also uses the walk in cooler.  Summer food program must adhere to safe food practices.

    Upon arrival observed the back door to be open.
    Corrected by closing the back door.
    Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight fitting self-closing doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other effective means.

Noted: Discussed that the community center is the responsible party for the license and meals on wheels just work in the kitchen for the program. Discussed employee foods in the walk in cooler. Recommended having the food in a dedicated container on a dedicated shelf which is not above food which may become contaminated by the employees food.

    Establishment no longer has food certified employee. Manager who I spoke to has taken the class and getting licensed.
    Provide to have a certified personnel present at all times food is prepared, three months from date of loss of certified personnel.

    Styrofoam plates are stored near the walkin with the food-contact surfaces facing up.  Single-service articles shall be handled and dispensed in a manner which prevents contamination of surfaces which may come in contact with food or with the mouth of the user.  Invert plates to protect from potential contamination.
