    Uncovered food left unattended in back kitchen area where few flies were observed. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO TAKE IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION.

    Moist wiping cloths observed lying on counter and not stored in sanitizing solution,to prevent the growth of bacteria.
