    --Observed raw fish in the Hallmark victory reach-in stand up cooler, in the grill area, stored above ready to eat food items. Corrected.

    --Excessive amounts of rust observed on shelving units on the back walk-in cooler.
  • Microwave Oven Meets Standards (46.673)
    --The inside of the microwave oven door in the rear grill area was observed to be heat damaged does not meet the safety standards specified in the Code of Federal Regulations.

    --Ice storage bin under the soda dispenser, near the grill area, had a black mold-like substance in the upper left and right hand corners. The large ice machine across from the dish machine area had a small amount of a black mold-like substance on the upper back panel. Corrected.
