I went to this location at 9:50pm 6-26-15
My order was wrong so i went inside to ask for 2 sandwiches be redone. It was however, after driving home 3 miles away my
6 yr old didnt have his chicken nuggets. So my hubby gave him his chicken sandwich! I was highly upset so i called the store twice before someone answered. I explained to Danesha what happened she remember me from coming in to have my order replace & ask if wanted to come back i said no not tonight but i would tomorrow she said i should ask for Ms Pat & she would leave a note to have my order replaced not just the nuggets. I called today ask for Ms Pat told her i was coming in to get my food & she said Danesha isnt a manager & isnt authorized to replace my order but i'll replace the nuggets! I said it wasnt worth my time or gas to come back! She also said that her employee would get a write up for telling me that! I couldnt believe that the employee had the sense to do what it took to keep me as a returning customer but the manager did not! It really bothered me that the young lady would get written up to the point i said well i dont want the food if you're going to punish her for doing the job of a manager! She said; you can come get the food, but its Wendy's policy that only managers should be answering the phone and replacing orders!
The manager made me feel like
i didnt matter, but what that young lady did made me want
to stay a customer, what the manager did, made me not want to ever come back! I think their jobs should be reversed!
