Wells Fargo locations in Sugar Land, TX

I just opened an account with Wells Fargo. Everyone at the Eldridge location is beyond friendly and helpful. I love this bank way better than chase! They greeted me with super friendly faces, offered me water and coffee, not many banks do that!! And they were super helpful as well by answering all the questions i had. Not once did i feel uncomfortable or felt like they were rushing me they took their time to explain everything to me. I invite y'all to pay them a visit. More than satisfied with the customer service they provide. So if y'all do decided make sure to ask for Kevin! He was the one who helped me open my new account, well everyone working there were very sweet and helpful. I promise y'all will not be regret the decision.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for many years. I usually go to the band in order to make deposits. Each time, I go everyone always greets me with a big genuine smile. They always take the time to ask you about my day and how they can help me. No matter what the question is, they will have an answer for me and always with a smile and with patience.

At a time when customer service seems to no longer exist in business wold, it's nice to know the folks at Wells Fargo have not lost it. I can't think of any time when I left there unhappy. And yes, I would definitely recommend them to others.
