I had to set up an additional account. Bobby(woman) was very helpful. She provided great service - very professional.
My only frustration is that I could not contact the branch directly despite the phone number published on the website.
The wait time for the 800 # is way too long...too impersonal
The beauty of Wells Fargo branches, is that there is some transparency. If WF wants to be customer friendly, like when I am greeted when I 1st walk in,they should have local phone numbers that get answered!!!
I don't know what else to say to get to my 100 words so I'll just keep going...
