Wells Fargo locations in Cedar Rapids, IA

I have come into this location many times. I normally deal with Amber but I have also dealt with Greg. Amber goes above and beyond to help me in anyway possible. She is so helpful with helping me to get on track with my credit and she is so knowledgeable about all the services Wells Fargo has to answer. She is always available over the phone or in person. Greg is also very helpful and is always in a pleasant mood. This branch is full of people with great and welcoming smiles, always available to help in a timely fashion and they know me by first name which makes a significant difference in knowing the staff takes pride in dealing with their customers in a professional and personal manner. Thank you!!!!

I brought my 85 year old Dad into your branch to make some changes to a couple of accounts. We dealt with Niki Davis. Niki was fabulous! She was very professional, patient and caring. She took care of all our needs and the process was smooth and painless. We were very impressed. Hats off to Niki, She is truly an asset to your company!
