your store at the sears center has some of the rudest employees the one thing that needs to be worked on is customer service at this store your store in central point people are polite and very helpful I havnt visited any other stores but wont go back to your store in the sears center. I had to return to the store 5 times before issue was resolved and then while waiting another customer walked in and said wow every time I come in your here also glad to see im not the only returning customer we laughed like she said the staff is rude and if they would do there job right the first time we wouldn't have to return
