Two days in a row, the driver pulled up to the outer gate, put a "customer not available" note on the gate and drove away without honking or calling and my phone #'s on the label. So I called the robo- phone and ordered same day will-call because it was a time sensitive shipment. The guy in the shipping office sent me away with another phone # cause it was closing time. So I called the # and complained on my way home. Four minutes later I got a call and they said I could turn around and go back and pick up my package (8 minutes after closing hours.) I'm sure it doesn't happen much. I'm glad I got my package, especially after they closed the store. But I shouldn't of had to go thru all that. If the driver had honked, the first day, problem solved, I was home, both days. Humh.
