UPS locations in Hermiston, OR

Today I got an email from Amazon stating that UPS attempted to deliver my package. I live in Red tail R.V park on Harding Ave stanfield or. Apparently there was an incident that happened where a driver drove on the grass, and now that driver is no longer allowed to drive inside the park, but is able to deliver the packages to the management. I talk to the management and asked if they’d seen a UPS truck and she stated no. She said she had been sitting outside since noon and the email states that at 1345 there was an attempt made to deliver it. I contacted her at 1500 and she was still sitting outside so it seems to me that the driver didn’t bother to deliver my package so I need to know if this is going to be an issue getting my packages. I have more coming. Seems to me the driver isn’t being honest or completing the route. Life happens I get it. And I’m sure delivering peoples packages isn’t a walk in the park either. It’s hard back breaking work but I’d like to receive my orders please and thank you…
