Per their own employee, We are not a UPS store, we are an independent business. That means they are not responsible for your package. If you do get a partial refund from UPS, their added portion is not adjusted. And: If you go to the UPS website to calculate the shipping charges, they add on more charges above the UPS quote. I have to wonder why the have the UPS sign above their door... This practice is deceiving..
