The cookeville location of UPS sucks! Worst shipping service and hours I have EVER tried to deal with. How are these people still in business?

cannot give any stars the worst customer service possible,no help whatsoever,they have you talk with someone in another country, no help whatsoever, you get a lot of were sorry, and won't connect you with states.Inhave spent 3 days waiting for my overnight delivery.The Casey brothers must be rolling in their graves [company founders] they founded on reasonable rates and customer service.
