I have visited this particular subway many times and often eat breakfast there. On at least 3 occasions my husband and I have had the misfortune of being waited on by one young man who acts as if it's an inconvenience for anyone to come in and order. He never smiles, his speaks low and rolls his eyes when you speak and acts as if walking over to the microwave, refrigerator, or bread storage is too much physical activity for him to complete in 5 minutes. I was so upset by his attitude and disrespect this morning that I told him not to bother troubling himself, we would go somewhere else because I didn't want to deal with his sorry attitude anymore. It's a shame that I would rather drive 15 minutes to another subway just to receive better customer service. Obviously a warm personality is not a requirement anymore to work with the public.
Would you recommend Subway Store # 13160 to others? No
