Subway locations in Twin Falls, ID

My teenage son and his girlfriend arrived at the subway at 1355 Filer Ave E. in the Lynwood Shopping Center, Twin Falls, Id. 83301 to purchase food. They requested that one of the sandwiches be toasted on both sides but each side be toasted separately. It was at that time the manager became what seemed irritated and became rude with my son. When my son and his girlfriend finally got they sandwiches and payed for the food, they began to talk to each other. The manager overheard the girl say to my son that his "sandwich was complicated" and that her sandwich "was not that hard to make". It was at that time the manager butted into their conversation and started yelling at them, telling them if they did not like the service they could "get the fuck out" and that they had the right to refuse service. I am very appalled by this lack of respect and courtesy by not only an employee of subway but by the manager, whose name I think was Taniya, who not only is there to represent the restaurant but is supposed to remain calm and defuse all stressful situations. I was outside when this occurred. So I walked into the restaurant and calmly asked the manager why she had become rude to my son, she replied with "they made a smartass comment". I remained calm and reminded her that as the manager it was her job to be calm and defuse situations, and not start yelling or arguing with a 16 year old girl. The manager replied to me and I quote "I was not fucking arguing with her, I fucking told her if she did not like the service, we have the right to fucking refuse service and they can get the fuck out!". I again calmly asked the manager why she was cussing at the girl for which the manager said to me, "I was not cussing them out, I was fucking telling them that we have the right to refuse service!". At that time I said to her "But you are cussing at me right now." Not once did I get upset or irate with this manager, but she proceeded to raise her voice and yell at me when I was trying to find out what happened. I tried to record it all but my phone cut out before I could get the conversation recorded. I can tell you that until they remove this rude and inconsiderate person from that restaurant, we WILL NOT be returning to this place of business. Please feel free to share this to everyone!

On my lunch I stopped and went through the drive thru thinking it would be fast and easy. I waited 1/2 hour in line just to place my order then waited 10 minutes to add the veggies and my drink. Out of coke! I then ordered ice tea with lemon...no lemon! I get to the window and there is no ice in the tea. At that time I was just glad to be outta there and will not be going back!
