May 1,2023. I ordered from the subway app. I go in to pickup my order. They say they've been trying to call they don't have the meat to make my 3 different sandwiches. Ok, I was fine with that expecting them to cancel the order. The next morning the charge was completed not can canceled. They excepted the order and received my money as if the fulfilled my order. I went in the store 2 days later, the associate told me I gave the money to the app not them and they had no idea how I would get a refund.
I tried calling they don't answer the phone I left messages 2 days in a row with no response.
Today, May 18th I called spoke with someone who said manager was busy helping customers in lines and would call me back. I gave my number and no call had been returned.
After this I plan to NEVER patronize any subway because there's no accountability from corporate to the franchisee to its rude employees. They basically just took my $20.68.
Would you recommend Subway Store # 3241 to others? No
