Stay away from this Location! Unfortunately for me, I cannot agree with past reviews of this location. When I called over the phone to check if they had two iPhones in store, the rep on the phone was very informative and helpful. However, the experience changed when I visited the location in person an hour later. When I walked in I spoke with the same representative who had taken care of me over the phone. I was ready to go through the upgrade process until at the very end a second rep told me that in order for me to upgrade and receive the new phones, I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO PURCHASE a $40 case for each phone. They kept pushing "the bundle" as if it was obligatory in order to get the phones. I contacted Sprint Customer Care immediately who informed me that they were not allowed to deny any qualified customer an upgrade simply because they wouldn't buy the accessories. Unfortunately, for those who are less informed, they take advantage of these people and force these accessories on them as if they had to buy them in order to upgrade. It makes absolutely no sense to deny customers an upgrade simply because they won't purchase the supposedly "bundled" accessories along with the phones. Shortly after getting off the phone with Sprint, I drove to another Sprint Store a mile down on the same street. When I walked in and told them what just had happened, they could not believe my story. They were as amazed and dumbfounded as I was regarding that whole situation and that it wasn't the first time they had heard complaints about that specific store. I hope this review helps those who are not fully informed. Sprint ALLOWS you to UPGRADE your phone without the need to purchase any accessories from ANY store. Know your rights as a customer. A complaint has been filed with the Corporate Sprint Offices.
