SONIC Drive-In locations in Lewisville, TX

We stopped at the Sonic on 407 in Lewisville today, June 26 and had the worst service ever! We frequent the Sonic often as it is close to our house. We stopped by a little after 3:00 PM and placed our order. The young lady said she could not hear me so I repeated my order (just a frozen limeade and frozen cherry limeade for my wife). The young lady then came out to my car to get my order stating that she could still not hear me. I told her again what we wanted. She went inside and then came back out and asked again so for the fourth time I told her my order. After about 5 minutes, someone came on the speaker to take my order. I told that person I had already ordered 4 times but told her again what I wanted and asked what was taking so long. She apologized and said our order would be right out. We then waited about 15 minutes and still no order! I pressed the button again and asked where my order was and the person asked what I ordered. I repeated the order for the 6th time and was told our order would be right out. Again we waited for at least 10 minutes and no order was brought out. We were there a little over 30 minutes and juat drove off with nothing! I understand they were busy but this was pathethic! We drove down to the Sonic on 3040 and near I-35 and ordered there and had our order in less than 5 minutes and this Sonic was even more busy than the one on 407! Guess we will now drive further when we want to go to Sonic or not go at all!
