So I pull In at 910 pm for a mini shake, a small burger and small fries. After finally getting it through to the guy taking the order I proceed to wait until 935 when I see "order being delivered" on the screen. At 947 I push the button and ask how much longer and the girl says it's on it's way. At 955 I ask if I can have my money back since i obviously confused the folks with my small order and I had to work the next day so I was ready to leave. The girl never answered back about giving me back my money. When I finally got my order the shake was less than 3/4 full. Rediculous sevice. I won't be back.

I love this place!! This is by far the best Sonic in Fort Smith or Van Buren, AR....the food is always hot, the food is always delivered with a quickness, the car hops are always smiling and they keep the place very clean!! That means a lot coming from me, a former hop from the 70s 80s!! Great job!! I would recommend this Sonic to anyone who asks!! I have been to this Sonic during all of the different shifts and the personnel have been nice, the food always great, the grounds always clean and the car hops always have a smile on their face and are always nice.

Took forever to get my food, it was cold and carhop very rude, people whom came after me got there food! Paid by card and carhop tried to make me pay again! She said they were busy and only four cars!!
