I am reporting a Birthday card, and contents missing and goes undelivered at 650 Madison St. San Bernardino, CA.
A problem UNREPORTED IS A PROBLEM LEFT TO GROW.!!!. . .
In eight years I have not encountered such a problem and this is A BLACK MARK ON YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE.
Mailed August 11, from 34748 (Leesburg, Fl.) and remains undelivered. Contents. gift card and cash. A problem unreported is a problem which will GROW!!!

I would not even give the USPS one star but I have to. I was supposed to get a package delivered 5days ago . it's still not here. Tried to call and talk to someone forget that. Just keep getting a stupid recording with options. None of them pertain to the problem I am having. . WHERE IS MY PACKAGE
