Nothing about this experience went right. The person taking my order wasn't capable of taking an order. It took several minutes to order the pizza. She couldn't simply tell me what veggies were available. After asking about veggie choices, she thought I asked for pepperoni. WHAT? I told her three times it was carry out. She called me back and asked whether it was carry out or delivery. Well - I didn't give you an address, so . . . it's probably carry out. Hmmmm Get there and the order is wrong. She can't tell me how long it will take to make the correct pizza, so I agree to take the wrong pizza (which ended up being a medium instead of a large - could have told me that in the first place). She then tried to charge me for a large, and my response was but I'm only receiving a medium. The manager finally apologized and gave me 25% off. I started to hand her my debit card and thought, hmmm better pay in cash. Get home to a cold pizza that tasted horrible. Worst pizza I have ever had. It's one thing to get part of this wrong - but all of it? Holy cow and hard to believe they stay in business.
Would you recommend Pizza Hut 4011-115 Capital Blvd to others? No
