Papa John's Pizza locations in Louisville, KY

I ordered a large half pineapple half pineapple and ham. They were very nice over the phone although the girl that took my order was very confused. I'm not sure how she became so confused due to the fact I had very small order but she then began to rush me off the phone. I believe this was because she was embarrassed. My pizza arrived very quickly. In 30 minutes. It was very tasteful and was also the perfect temperature. My 2-liter of Pepsi was also perfect temperature. I gave this particular Papa John's the highest possible amount of stars in each area because I was the most satisfied with my experience. Thank you Papa John's for such wonderful pizza!

the customer service is awesome. Unfortuante for me, the phone was not working and I couldn't get thru, but I just rode right to the store. I was really worried, but they were in the midst of fixing it when I got there. They are very efficient and friendly, and the cost of the pizza made it well worth the wait..I enjoy a crew of people that love their job. Makes me confident that my pizza will be up to expectations (and it always is). They made my pizza special for me, and i actaully think they care about their customers. Most companies, we're just an order number...Now please come back with the cheeseburger pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
