I was the only car in the drive thru and the employee asked me to pull forward. When she asked I explained that being I was the only car in the drive thru I would rather wait at the window. The employee then proceeded to let the manager know. The manager asked again and again I declined. They left the window open and began discussing the issue. I could clearly hear what they were saying and it was extremely rude and unprofessional. They called me names and then slammed the window when they noticed it was open. After about 5 minutes another car pulled in behind me and the manager delivered the food to the car as it sat behind me. Please keep in mind my order was only 3 eggs and 2 sausage patties (not too complicated).
I understand pulling forward when the drive thru is busy, but this was unnecessary. This is not how a customer should be treated. I will not return to this store. Not only was the employee not nice, the manager was just as bad. In the end, I did end up asking for my money back so that I could just leave the situation.
