McDonald's locations in Staten Island, NY

Out of all the mcdonalds I have went to, This mcdonalds is the BEST one, The best workers, The food is always fresh, Very clean, the workers are very welcoming and I love coming eating here on my lunch breaks everyday, I love the managers you can tell there very serious about how they want there employees to work and the workers get it done. Today i was there at 2pm my normal as I'm waiting for my food I can't help but overhear the workers conversations many of them were upset hearing the checks won't be in tomorrow again, the workers do come in every day i see it for myself i notice the hard work, and if you expect to continue having such great customer service You have to have these kids and adults checks on time because that leads to bad customer service, the workers feel if there not getting paid on time why should they still come to work on time or even at all, I heard the comment come out of a workers mouth.

This is and employee complaint, I'm not understanding how can you cut someone hours for calling out or not showing up when you guys haven't been having our checks on time and it's not fair people have bills to pay too I'm sure it's okay to the managers and corporation cause you guys are still getting your checks but it's not fair to the employees that we have to wait till monday for our checks, everyone works hard for there money so our checks should be there friday not monday !
