McDonald's locations in Sevierville, TN

Very unkept: trash on tables, trash bins overflowing, trash on floors, ketchup containers gone, ketchup container empty, server at counter impolite, just over-all filthy not to mention long lines.

Every time our team visits this location, we are stuck in line for at least 20 minutes before we can even order. It is not because they are busy. There is a little boy that s there at night that is "working." He looks about 10 yrs old. He wears a headpiece for the drive thru, and gives orders out of the window. They are "cash only" and we wonder if it's because the orders are not being rung in the system. On a previous visit, one of us paid for the customer behind us and the cashier "held up the line" for quite a while-hoping the paying one would leave perhaps?. It was so slow that we didn't "get gone." The one of us that paid noticed that the cashier took money from the one behind us anyway....
