On Sunday October 8, 2017 I waited 20 minutes in the drive up line. Only one lane was open, no cashier was at the first window and when I got to the second window for my ice tea I heard Manager tell person at window not to breath on anyone. This all leads me to believe they can't find staff and even call in those sick?????? This is not the first time the drive up line has been slow and the second lane has been closed for over three weeks. There are thistles growing in the shrubbery outside. There use to be flowers in the summer, but landscaping has really slipped last couple of years.

This McDonalds needs pm management on site---the workers were vulgar in words behind the counter--bathroom disgusting--tables uncleaned. What a disgrace to the Northside of Madison--shut this place down if one can't enjoy the meal inside the bldg. 6pm on 12/3 I was embarrassed beyond words to have my children see this business 1st hand

Went thru the drive thru. They neglected to give me utensils or dressing. When I tried to call back, no one would answer the phone and then the line just went dead like they took it off the hook.

Always knew this was the worst McD's in town. Never expected to actually be assaulted in the drive-thru. By the restaurant employee!
